Our spinal column is a series vertebrae and the discs between them squeeze together and dehydrate. We shrink and dry up and lose muscle mass. To counteract the aging process, we need lots of water and stretching exercises. Calisthenics uses the body against itself to perform simple abilities such as pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, twisting and balance.
